How far are you from downtown Ellensburg?
Not far at all. In fact, 509 Storage is only 1 mile from downtown Ellensburg. That’s just a 3-minute drive via W 5th Ave and N Railroad Ave.

Which other neighborhoods do you serve?
Thanks to our unbeatable location, we’re also popular in Kittitas, Cle Elum, Roslyn, Ronald, Easton, Vantage, Selah, Yakima, West Valley, and East Valley.

Are you close to any attractions or other businesses?
We sure are. 509 Storage is close to Fred Meyer, Pilot Travel Center, McDonald's, Carl's Junior, CED Electric, and Anderson Hay & Grain.

What times are you open for access?
24 hours a day. 365 days a year.

What are your security features?
509 Storage is fully fenced and features a security access-controlled gate. Digital video surveillance is installed throughout. There’s no safer place around!

Do you have a facility manager?
We do. We have facility manager readily available to provide support and keep a consistent lookout.

Do you offer a contactless rental process?
Sure do. Our seamless online rental process provides a quick, convienent, and contactless unit rental option 24/7.

Are handcarts and dollies available?
Absolutely. Feel free to borrow them if you’re having trouble moving your heavier items.

What temperature-controlled unit options do you have?
Our temperature-controlled storage units moderate the temperature of the environment to give you a cool and dry place to store your most important items.

Is drive-up access available?
You bet! Simply drive up to your unit and park right outside.

How does billing work?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. We prorate the 2nd month at move in, so you will be required to pay a full month's rent up front, however you will be charged a lesser prorated charge for the following month. Auto Pay is required, written requests otherwise will be considered on a case by case basis.

Can I pay online?
Yes! You can use our convenient Tenant Portal located on our website.

What types of payment do you accept?
You have options!
- We accept all types of credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers.
- Autopay can be set up for credit cards, debit cards, and ACH payments.

Where can I find my access codes?
- Your gate code can be located anytime at the tenant portal, just click "Pay Online" from the home page.

Why doesn't my gate code work?
There are a few reasons why this may happen:
- If you just signed up, it can take up to 20 minutes for the gate code to be recognized
- Check the date you entered for move in. If you are trying to move in prior to the date you entered when reserving, your gate code will not work. It will begin allowing access at 12am on the date you entered
- You may have an outstanding balance. Check your tenant portal if you aren't sure

How do I cancel my unit?
Simple! All we need is a text to 509-607-6656 or email to requesting to cancel the unit, and stating the date that the unit was vacated. We will then process the moveout and send you a confirmation email.
